Given the fact that so many germans and danes love the Celtic Genre music is their no bands in those countries palying Celtic music.

If not give us some good German and danish music to listen too as I for one would love to hear new music and dont want to become insular.

So come on guys lets hear some of your home music.

Hi Tiz,
there are several celtic bands here in Germany, my favourite is Paddy goes to Holyhead, they made also several concerts together with Runrig in the 90s.

...and from the non-celtic-music perspective my german rock band favourite is BAP from Cologne.
Don't try to understand anything, their language is Koelsch, a german dialect.

Well so far I have fallen in love with paddy goes to holhead Big fat Snake and Thomas Helmig. Will start looking at some cds.

I will listen to the other german ( non Celtic ) ones now matthais and Miss q its some great music.

Guys I love the vast majority of music I am so sorry I have not looked beyond these shore before.

I love celtic music first and formost Very Happy Very Happy Arrow jocolor and some of this fallas into that bracket but l;oved most of the samples.

Lionel has brought much native canadian music to me which j'adore. Kepp the music coming. And that includes you Coast new cd next week please. sunny
