Good news, DT... So you can rely on snail mail, I sent it to you exactly one week ago.

Right the problem seems to be that when I try to burn the files from itunes it loads all the cds not just the playlist I have created for the music swap. If I try to save the files to usb stick they are saved as mpeg 4 files and media player will not recognise them. Unless I find a way around this I would suggest preceeding without me. I have been at this all afternoon and bryonys very clued up boy friend as well. Unless I load the cds and rip the tracks to media player i am doomed and that will take hours.

Guys - sorry but I've let this slip (I won't bore you with the usual excuses but the words "chaotic" and "lifestyle" probably just about cover it!).

I'm buying the blank CDs at lunchtime today. My playlist is sitting there ready to burn so I will surrepticiously do that at work this afternoon.

I'll then get them in the post tomorrow.

(Just to confirm....it's 8 CDs and 8 printouts of the song list (with or without artist names?)

SORRY FOR THE TARDINESS!

Just to confirm, it's 8 CDs plus at least one copy of the playlist (I've got a photocopier and can do copies if that's more convenient for you). Whether you include artists' names is up to you - some people have, some haven't.

Well, first class has done its job - your discs are here and they work! Strange to think that they have to travel west to get from Bristol to me in Angus in the east of Scotland!. Surprised

As we eagerly await our cd's are we doing to write an explanation of why we chose each track for posting on this thread AFTER our evaluations?
For example Trews could write:
'Track One, Chris de Burgh, Dont pay the Ferryman' I selected this track because its a good lively tune that shows de Burgh in his true songwriting light and not in the fashion of that boring dirge 'lady in red'......
