Highs - Met up yesterday with a fantastic friend who I haven't seen for ages. The day cheered me up no end and I had such a fun time. Very Happy

Lows - Probabaly too long till we meet again!! But if I start gaining loads of Brownie Points I might be able to repay the favour!

Celty, I have been on the SG a few times lately to see what the craic is about Brucie's solo tour. I don't go in there very often now as all my online mates have left.

As some of you know, I have been through a bit of a hard time this past two weeks and I want to thank you guys who were there for me, when things weren't going very well. I love you

I have had to do a lot of hard thinking and have decided that there is only two things for me to do........

Onwards and upwards!!! Very Happy

Life is hard sometimes, but I have my health (sort of!!) and a lovely family and some very good friends, ones who didn't turn their backs on me and walk away.

Have had a funny old day. Today I feel at complete peace in myself and quite ready to face the world head on. cheers

But, not long had a phone call to let me know that a very dear friend, who I have known for 28years, has been admitted to hospital and he is very poorly. He was responsible for introducing me to Runrig all those years ago, and we often meet up. He looked after me when I first left home and was such a big influence on my younger years. He never drunk, but obviously that didn't rub off on me. I hope and pray that my friend gets through this and I get to see him again and soon.
